Shipping policy

Thank you for shopping with NovSent! We are committed to bringing you high-quality products directly from our global manufacturing partners. By shipping straight from our suppliers, we are able to cut out middleman costs and pass those massive savings directly to you.
Please read our shipping terms carefully before placing your order.
1. Order Processing Times
  • All orders are processed and verified within 1 to 3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).
  • You will receive a confirmation email once your order is placed, and a second notification email containing your tracking tracking number once your package has shipped.
2. Shipping Destinations & Times
  • We currently ship directly to the United States.
  • Our estimated standard shipping time is 7 to 15 business days after processing.
  • Please Note: Shipping times are estimates and may occasionally experience slight delays due to customs clearance, extreme weather, or peak holiday shopping seasons (such as November and December).
3. Tracking Your Order
  • Once your tracking number is generated, it may take 2 to 5 business days for the logistics carrier to update the tracking status online.
  • If your tracking number does not show information immediately, please do not worry; your package is securely in transit and the system will update shortly.
4. Multiple Packages
  • To ensure you get your items as fast as possible, orders containing multiple different products may be shipped in separate packages.
  • If this happens, you will receive a unique tracking number for each package at no extra cost to you.
5. Customs, Duties, and Taxes
  • NovSent is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).
6. Lost or Delayed Packages
  • If your package has not arrived within 30 business days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us immediately at support@novsent.com with your order number. We will open an investigation with the carrier and resolve the issue for you via a free replacement or refund.
